Galaxy Entertainment Group Foundation is pleased to announce that “GalaxyArt” will be launched on 20th July, 2021 at Galaxy Macau™.
GalaxyArt is managed by the Galaxy Entertainment Group Foundation, as an extension to the GEG Arts & Culture Initiative, one of the many Foundation-Initiated Projects it engages in since the Foundation’s founding in 2015. The objective of the Initiative is to promote arts and culture in Macao, in line with the Government’s ongoing efforts to diversify tourism offerings for the city. “Grace Kelly: From Hollywood to Monaco – Artists’ Tributes” was the first ever large-scale arts and cultural event hosted by the Foundation, and presented by the Galaxy Entertainment Group on its premises. The positive feedback confirms and encourages the Foundation to continue its efforts in promoting arts and culture in the community.
Located on The Promenade at Galaxy Macau, GalaxyArt is a non-profit space that will be hosting ongoing arts and cultural exhibitions throughout the year, enabling it to become one of the key platforms to support the GEG Arts & Cultural Initiative. The highlight of these exhibitions will be GEG presentations at “Art Macao: Macao International Art Biennale”, hosted under the patronage of the Secretariat for Social Affairs and Culture and the Secretariat for Economy and Finance of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, and organized by the Cultural Affairs Bureau and the Macao Government Tourism Office.
